Easter weeks

Busy week last week and this upcoming one looks about the same. I've had Danish and Swedish clients to ski with which has been really nice. Best thing was Ross taking me out for a surprise dinner at the new 2100 restaurant in Le Lac though. Really yummy food and drinks!

Raw food bars

In Frankfurt airport the other day I finally found a raw food bar that I could eat - no nuts! And it inspired me to make my own as the supply of that kind of stuff up here is fairly limited.
Ingredients: Dates, goji berries, coconut, raisins, cacao powder
I just mixed it all to a paste using a hand blender (a proper mixer would've been good - mine was struggling a bit) Rolled it out on baking paper and let it cool in the fridge for an hour or so. Cut it into pieces and wrapped in the very same baking paper. Storing them in the fridge as I think they might go too sticky otherwise. They'll be great for the slopes this week! Next time I might experiment with some more seeds too :-)

Back to work

I went back to work Monday and have now done 4 half days. It feels good to be back at work and doing a bit more with my time! It's obviously helped as well that the weather has been brilliant this week. A bit cold but tons of sunshine!
